Delete Your BonCadre Account

You can delete your BonCadre account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the App installed.

Option 1 — In the App (instant)

  1. Open BonCadre.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Without the App

Email support@productivitytools.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address associated with your BonCadre account (the Google or Apple email you sign in with). We verify ownership by the sending address and delete the account within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and sign-in link (Google/Apple via Firebase)
  • All uploaded photos and AI-generated improved images
  • All analyses, scores, feedback, and annotations
  • All chat messages
  • Challenge progress and usage statistics tied to your account
  • Push notification tokens

What May Be Retained

  • Encrypted backups: residual copies are purged automatically within 30 days.
  • Purchase records: transaction data may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance. Payment details are held by Apple/Google, never by us.
  • Anonymized analytics: aggregate usage statistics that cannot be linked to you.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us. Cancel first:

  • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BonCadre → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BonCadre → Cancel.

Unused AI tokens are forfeited on account deletion and are not refundable.
